By processing your order payment and completing an order with us,  you are accepting the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your purchase.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

During the Holy Month of Ramadan, shipping timelines will be adjusted as follows:

Order & Inbound Cut-off Timings:

• Same-day delivery: Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM

• Next-day delivery: Orders must be placed before 4:00 PM

• Inbound deliveries: Accepted until 4:00 PM

Orders placed after the stated cut-off times will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery across all Emirates

• Next-day delivery within the UAE is AED 20
• Free next-day delivery on all orders over AED 550
• Same-day delivery in Dubai is AED 30 
• Free Same-day delivery in Dubai on all orders over AED 1000 
  
• Next-day delivery is applicable for all orders placed in the UAE before 2pm
  
• Same-day delivery is applicable for all orders placed in Dubai before 2pm
• Please make sure you provide us with the correct mobile number to avoid any delays
  

Other GCC:

Delivery to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman (shipped through Aramex)

• GCC express delivery in 2-3 working days is AED 75
  
• Free GCC express delivery in 2-3 working days for all orders above 2000 AED 
  

REST OF THE WORLD:

Other Destinations (Shipped through FedEx or Aramex)

• International express delivery in 5-7 working days across major destinations worldwide
  
• A flat delivery charge of AED 90 (USD 25) applies
• Free worldwide delivery on orders over AED 2,000 (USD 545)

Additional Information

Above delivery times can change depending on the time of the year, Holiday periods, Weekends, and Ramadan.

We are not responsible for lost packages if the customer has provided the wrong address. It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping/delivery address for an order. If the wrong delivery address is provided, I AM cannot offer reimbursement for this package.

All international orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid. Customs duties and import taxes are included in the price you pay at checkout. You will not be asked for any further payment on delivery.
