During Ramadan, shipping timelines will be adjusted as follows:
Order & Inbound Cut-off Timings:
- Same-day delivery: Orders must be placed before 12:00 PM
- Next-day delivery: Orders must be placed before 4:00 PM
- Inbound deliveries: Accepted until 4:00 PM
Orders placed after the stated cut-off times will be processed on the next working day.
- Next-day delivery within the UAE is AED 22 (order before 2pm)
- 4 hour Same-day delivery in Dubai is AED 35 (order before 6 pm)
- Free UAE next-day delivery on all orders over AED 550
